VW Karmann Ghia

Almost all diecast car collectors I have met have Volkswagens in their collections. It's either their main line, a side line or at least they have a few hidden in their display cabinets. I love the classic look of the Beetle and Samba Van but the Karmann Ghia is the most appealing model to me. It combines the classic lines of a Volkswagen and the sexiness of a Porsche.

    Have you ever tried collecting Corvettes, even as a sideline? I'm in my late 20's and of course the VW's are already a classic when I was born. I prefer both old and new Corvettes. As of now, I collect in 1:64th scale.
    I just hope that Corvette collectors would grow in number. That would be fun. ^_^
